Ultimate Lofty Laydown
Our flagship signature massage treatment that allows you to drift away and focus on nothing else but the divine scent of our gorgeous Rebecca Tracey aromatherapy oils. The treatment begins with some soothing decompression time. Whilst soaking your feet in a warm aroma infused bath, your therapist will help you choose the most beneficial blend to enhance you wellbeing/mood.
Once your oil blend is chosen, we begin with invigorating body brushing techniques to unblock energy channels, followed by calming Swedish massage and pressure point movements to relieve any tension in your mind or body. A heated lava shell is optional for a gentle abdominal massage to aid digestive health. We will then bring you gently back down to earth with a refreshing herbal tea or fruit infused water.
